Lionel Richie Coming to California's Anaheim Convention Center, November 26, 2006

R&B artist Lionel Richie is coming to California's Anaheim Convention Center, November 26, 2006.

Lionel Richie's latest album is entitled "Coming Home." He, being one of the most accomplished artists of our time, explains that both the song used as its title and the album itself are, for him, symbolic.

"It's my 'older, wiser' song. Anyone who has lived life to any degree knows what I mean. I feel like I'm coming home on many levels, personally and musically."

"Coming Home" is only the ninth album by the multi-Grammy, Oscar and Golden Globe winner since he launched his globally successful star-studded solo career in 1982 after a decade of hit making with R&B, funk and pop super group The Commodores.

Adaptive Marketing Shares Business Plan Tips for Small-Business Start-ups

Congratulations! You've built a better mousetrap (or exercise machine or bottle opener or catering service or …). Now what? Well, as Adaptive Marketing LLC reports, it's not enough to have a viable product -- you also need a viable plan. As an industry leader in Internet marketing, Adaptive Marketing offers small business owners and millions of other consumers access to savings on the products and services that can make a difference in their lives.

Business school textbooks are chock full of case studies on business start-ups that worked -- and scores of others that failed. In fact, recent figures from the Small Business Administration show that fewer than half of all new small businesses last for at least four years. There are any number of reasons why start-ups ultimately break down, whether it's a lack of financing, ineffective marketing, inadequate personnel resources, or even just poor time management skills. Whatever the problem was, the underlying cause can usually be tied to a lack of proper planning -- a fatal flaw that can be avoided beforehand by developing a comprehensive, insightful business plan, notes Adaptive Marketing LLC.

Drug Free Anxiety Treatment with No Negative Side Effects, Join Self Help Support Groups that Teach Relaxation

Due to the overwhelming need for effective, safe, stress management tools, Dr. Doris Jeanette, a student of Dr. Joe Wolpe, the father of Behavior Therapy, has developed a new mind body anxiety treatment. The Center for the New Psychology offers a six week, self help, support group Oct. 19th, 2005 in Philadelphia. You learn the basic skills needed to relax your body, calm your nervous system and tame irrational thoughts.

In the summer test group, every student significantly lowered their SUDS (Subjective Units of Discomfort) level and reported fewer anxiety attacks. The Center limits adult groups to 6 members. This ensures that each man or woman receives the personalized attention needed for relaxation. "Everyone can unlearn anxious behaviors and replace their anxiety attack with conscious choices and clear thinking," says Dr. Jeanette, a licensed psychologist who has been teaching people different ways to relax for thirty years. "We cover everything a person needs to be successful, such as, the difference between fear and anxiety, how to quickly stop hyperventilating and what to do when you are too anxious to relax."

Since one of the major symptoms of anxiety is obsessive thoughts that cause insomnia and compulsive behaviors, the Center's health and wellness approach teaches the relaxation skills and learning information needed to tame repetitive thoughts. Doris Jeanette is author of A Natural Process for Opening the Heart, three tapes, CDs or written transcripts that teach you how to breathe fully, calm your mind, relax your body, stop hyperventilating and stay with yourself in daily anxiety situations.

Her drug free anxiety treatment teaches lifetime relaxation skills for stress as well as practical mind body tools that improve self esteem and emotional health. Dr. Jeanette's new self help, support group starts October 19th, in Center City, Philadelphia and will continue through out the year.
